In my case, there were issues with fulfilment that were completely outside of their control. What followed was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The speed, the clarity, and the genuine commitment to resolving the issue with as little inconvenience to me as possible was exceptional. It wasn’t just handled, it was owned. They went above and beyond at every stage.
To put that into context, I’ve had the privilege of training customer service teams at some of the highest levels, including organisations like Apple Inc.. I don’t say this lightly when I say the service I received here was as good as, if not better than, anything I’ve seen at that level.
On top of that, the owner personally took the time to give me detailed lawn care advice and a clear plan of action, with no expectation of anything in return. The depth of knowledge and willingness to help was genuinely impressive. If anything, they could probably afford to hold a little back.
This is a small business that truly deserves to do well. They care, they know their craft, and they deliver when it matters most.
