That’s why we proudly offer our Green-Up Guarantee with a promise that if you apply our fertiliser as directed, you’ll see visible improvement in your lawn within 14 days when using Spring Surge Pro or Autumn Guard Pro.

What’s Covered

If your lawn doesn’t show visible improvement within 14 days of applying Spring Surge Pro or Autumn Guard Pro exactly as instructed, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit under our Green-Up Guarantee.

Why Not Summer or Winter?

Due to the power of nature, we can’t guarantee rapid greening during periods of drought or in winter, when lawns naturally slow down and may even enter dormancy.

But don’t worry. While you may not see an instant colour change, our Summer Boost Pro and Winter Shield Pro are hard at work below the surface, strengthening roots, building disease resistance, and preparing your lawn for future growth. That’s professional lawn care done properly.

Conditions of the Guarantee

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Application Instructions Followed
    The fertiliser must be applied exactly as directed on the packaging, including the recommended rate of 25g per square metre.

  2. No Prior Feeding Within 12 Weeks
    The lawn must not have been treated with any other fertiliser or lawn feed within the 12 weeks prior to applying our product.

  3. Photographic Evidence
    You must provide clear before and after photos of your lawn taken:

    • Within 24 hours before applying the product

    • 14 days after applying the product

  4. Timeframe to Claim
    Claims must be submitted within 21 days of applying the product.

  5. Lawn Suitability

    The product must be used on a lawn (not bare soil or areas with heavy moss, pest or disease issues).

How to Make a Claim

Email us at support@johnsonlawncaredirect.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Date of application

  • Details of how it was applied

  • Photographic evidence (before and after images)

We will review all claims within 5 working days. If approved, we’ll offer you a refund or store credit (your choice) for the product purchased.
