Cancellation policy

At Johnson Lawn Care Direct, we offer products either as one-time purchases or seasonal subscriptions. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

Our fertiliser plans are available as seasonal subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive deliveries based on the plan you choose. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged at the frequency specified at checkout unless you’ve chosen to prepay.

  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email.

  • If you cancel after a payment has been processed but before the product has shipped, you may still request a cancellation and refund.

  • If your product has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.

  • If your subscription includes seasonal deliveries, cancellation will prevent future charges but will not cancel products already paid for and prepared for dispatch.

We recommend cancelling at least 5 working days before your next scheduled dispatch to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

One-Time Purchases

For non-subscription, one-time purchases, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed and sent for fulfilment. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it provided it meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
