✅ Returns & Refund Policy

At Johnson Lawn Care Direct, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. While returns are rare, we understand that sometimes things change. Here’s how our returns and refunds process works:

🔄 Returns

You can return your fertiliser within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The bag is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging
  • You contact us within the 14-day window to notify us of your return and the item is sent back within 7 days of return authorisation.

To start a return, please email us at support@johnsonlawncaredirect.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll then provide you with the return address and any relevant instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns

💳 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • We’ll confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
