4. Subscriptions

Our Seasonal Fertiliser Plan is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree:

  • To recurring billing at the interval chosen at checkout

  • That you may cancel or amend your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle

  • That all subscriptions are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy

5. Green-Up Guarantee

We offer a Green-Up Guarantee on our fertiliser range. If no visible improvement is seen within 14 days of application and all terms are met, we may issue a refund or store credit. Full details can be found on our Green-Up Guarantee page.

6. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, including orders made under the same account or credit card.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) the same day. Delivery is typically within two working days. Shipping costs and details are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened products within 14 days. Returns are subject to inspection and our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

9. Use of Advice and Application of Products

All products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on our website or packaging. We are not responsible for damage or poor results caused by improper application or misuse of our products. Likewise, advice offered in our blog, videos, or customer communications is for general guidance only. Users must assess suitability based on their lawn's specific condition. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the implementation of any advice or recommendations found on our website.
