Green Up Guarantee Claims

Use this form to log your photos for the 365-Day Green-Up Guarantee. Submit one photo before you begin your programme, then one photo 30 to 40 days after each of your four seasonal applications, five photos in total across the year. It's your responsibility to submit each photo within its window, so keep a note of your order number and application dates as you go, and bookmark this page so you can find it when the next one's due.
